Scott and Sabrina are both ex-students of mine. I taught them both in 7th grade. I also had the pleasure of coaching Scott in basketball in 7th grade. I shot Sabrina's senior shoot in the fall, but she also wanted to do a sports shoot, so we decided on softball. We did this sportrait session on the South Fork High School baseball and softball fields on a beautiful evening in May. We included Scott since these two have been playing sports and each others hearts for over six years. It was a nice, relaxed shoot. We took our time and mixed in individual portraits of her and him, and as them as a couple; mixing both natural light and dramatic off camera flash, and this is the result. Sabrina has since graduated and Scott has one more year to continue his athletic excellence on the football, basketball, and baseball fields.
